Meet Sam, the founder & driving force behind Ninety3. With a sharp eye for detail and a heart for the industry, he embodies the spirit of modern quantity surveying.
Sam is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with over a decade of experience in the construction industry. His career has largely been working with Main Contractors where he has been heavily involved in a variety of projects ranging from residential alterations through to commercial new builds.
As a Registered Quantity Surveyor, Sam brings a meticulous and comprehensive approach to every project he undertakes. He values clear communication, a no-nonsense attitude, and a dedication to delivering results that matter.
Sam is actively involved in the industry and currently sits on the Wellington Committee of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NZIQS).
With Sam at the helm, Ninety3 is reshaping the industry, one cost estimate at a time.

Bachelor of Architectural Studies, NZIQS Student (Studying)
Lopeti is an emerging Quantity Surveyor with a diverse background in the construction industry. He is currently balancing part-time work with his studies, as he completes his Diploma in Quantity Surveying. Lopeti began his career path by earning an architecture degree but discovered his true passion for Quantity Surveying after gaining valuable on-site experience as a hammerhand.
Lopeti also sits on the Wellington Committee of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NZIQS) as a Student Representative.
Lopeti has great dedication to his work and a desire to learn, making him a valuable asset to Ninety3’s team!
