What is Quantity Surveying?
In other countries, Quantity Surveyors are referred to as “Construction Cost Consultants” or “Cost Engineers”. Like these names suggest, our role is to manage the costs and financial aspects of construction projects.
Where an Architect specialises in the design, a Structural Engineer specialises in the structure and a Builder specialises in the completing the physical construction based off these designs, Quantity Surveyors specialise in estimating construction costs and ensuring projects are planned and completed within budget, without compromising on quality.
At Ninety3, we believe in guiding our clients through the complexities of construction costs, from the initial estimate to the final nail. We’re here to demystify the numbers, cut through the jargon, and offer transparent, straightforward advice.
Whether you’re a homeowner embarking on a renovation or a developer shaping the skyline, quantity surveying is your blueprint for financial efficiency and project success.
